Well, I made it to yoga today. The instructor wasn’t there .. hey I tried. That brings me to today’s topic:
How flexible are you when plans change? Do you throw in the towel and your whole day is shot or can you redirect pretty easily? It’s still about goals. The trick is to have more goals on the page, a back-up plan in case something doesn’t go as planned. Switch the order or switch the days … it doesn’t matter as long as you’re crossing something off the list. If you can go to bed at night having crossed something off the “to do” list, you will sleep better. If you look forward to doing something in the next day or week, or at least getting it out of the way like writing a page, putting laundry away or even scheduling a doctor’s appointment … that can put a smile on your face.
